Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Job Description:

Objectives of this Role:

  • Represent CareMe Health’s products and services, using comprehensive knowledge and consumer research to explain how our solutions meet customer needs.

  • Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding potential new sales opportunities.

  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives in next steps.

  • Follow and Improve the  best practices for refining the company’s lead-generation playbook.


Responsibilities:

  • Utilize cold calls, email, and LinkedIn to generate new sales opportunities.

  • Identify the needs of prospects and suggest appropriate products or services.

  • Identify qualified customers and pass it on the senior Sales folks of the organisation. 

  • Build long-term, trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities.

  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.

  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives.

  • Report to the sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results.

  • Engage in LinkedIn content-driven prospecting to attract and nurture leads.

  • Leverage LinkedIn, email, and cold calling to secure meetings with potential clients.

  • Leverage his /her linkedin profile to talk about the brand care me and use content generation to attract customers



Requirements


Required Skills and Qualifications:


  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare domain.

  • Strong understanding of the sales process and excellent communication skills.

  • Ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way.

  • Experience with Sales Engagement tool (e.g., Hubspot , apollo.io).

  • Dynamic, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

  • Proficiency in English, Hindi, and one South Indian language.

  • Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of the mental health care industry.

  • Proven track record of exceeding lead targets.

  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
