Responsibilities:

Plan, implement and review activities todevelop and maintain Quality and Environmental Management Systems Execution of maintenance by managing thecurrent needs and priorities of the work programs. Ensures the availability and distributionof all required resources (staff, materials, tools, instruments, workorders, access permits, means of transport, etc.). Coordinates, supervises and guides thestaff of the department for the implementation of the maintenance program,repairs, modifications, and inspections. Direct report to Assistant ManagersSignalling on daily basis and follow the instructions of their AMs. Heshall carry out maintenance of installations in accordance with theprescribed schedules, to keep them fully serviceable and in state of goodrepair. Heshall keep himself always available and in constant readiness to actpromptly and expedite restoration in case of breakdowns or emergencysituations both during on duty or off duty hours. Heshall follow correct maintenance with special reference to safety of tracksystem. n He shall inform to Engineer in advanceabout spares required for maintenance of various equipment whenevernotices such requirements. He shall monitor and supervise the workscarried out through outsourced process and ensure proper execution as perthe requirements and prepare the reports of the same on regular basis. Heshall perform his duties with responsibility. He shall maintain strictdiscipline within the organization and shall obey the orders of hisseniors.

Qualification:

in Electronics  4-6years of Experience  Transversemanagement advocate and team player  Proactive  Honestand fair  Anticipation,analysis, identification and problem-solving capacity. Abilityto communicate with staff of all levels  Generalcomputer literacy (Microsoft Office , Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)mandatory

This 82km long Delhi-Meerut line will consist of 16 RRTS and 6 MRTS stations. This will include developing a local O&M company from scratch to full operations, developing and leading a passionate and performance driven team, steering quality, performance and customer satisfaction as well as ensuring economic success in India
