Responsibilities:

·The management and theperformance of the following assets (summarized) :Signalling, Automatic Train Control (ATC) 

·Execution of maintenance bymanaging the current needs and priorities of the work programs.

·Ensures the availabilityand distribution of all required resources (staff, materials, tools,instruments, work orders, access permits, means of transport, etc.).

·Coordinates, supervises andguides the staff of the department for the implementation of the maintenanceprogram, repairs, modifications, and inspections.

·Direct report to AssistantManagers Signalling on daily basis and follow the instructions of their AMs.

·He shall carry outmaintenance of installations in accordance with the prescribed schedules, tokeep them fully serviceable and in state of good repair.

·He shall keep himselfalways available and in constant readiness to act promptly and expediterestoration in case of breakdowns or emergency situations both during on dutyand off duty hours.

·He shall follow correct maintenancewith special reference to safety of track system.

·He shall inform to Engineerin advance about spares required for maintenance of various equipment whenevernotices such requirements.

·He shall monitor andsupervise the works carried out through outsourced process and ensure properexecution as per the requirements and prepare the reports of the same onregular basis.

·He shall perform his dutieswith responsibility. He shall maintain strict discipline within theorganization and shall obey the orders of his seniors.


Qualifications

· in Electronics

·2-4 years of Experience

·Transverse management advocate and team player

·Proactive

·Honest and fair

·Anticipation, analysis, identification andproblem-solving capacity. 

·Ability to communicate with staff of all levels

·General computer literacy (Microsoft Office ,Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) mandatory

We acquire, initiate and manage rail operations and maintenance projects outside Europe. We are looking for transport and mobility enthusiasts and entrepreneurs with long-standing experience in railway operations and projects in India or are currently seeking you to build up and manage the operation and maintenance of a Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS) and Mass Rapid Transport System (MRTS) business in Delhi, India. This 82km long Delhi-Meerut line will consist of 16 RRTS and 6 MRTS stations. This will include developing a local O&M company from scratch to full operations, developing and leading a passionate and performance driven team, steering quality, performance and customer satisfaction as well as ensuring economic success in India
