The ideal candidate will have astrong background in hydraulic systems coupled with handsonexperience in fitting and assembly. This role offers an opportunityto work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success ofouroperations.Responsibilities:

1. Assembleinstall and maintain hydraulic systems and components according tospecifications and engineeringdrawings.
2. Conduct inspections troubleshootingand repairs of hydraulic equipment andmachinery.
3. Perform preventive maintenance tasksto ensure optimal performance and longevity of hydraulicsystems.
4. Diagnose and rectify hydraulic systemmalfunctions including leaks pressure issues and componentfailures.
5. Collaborate with engineering andmaintenance teams to develop and implement improvement initiativesfor hydraulic systems.
6. Adhere to safetyprotocols and procedures while working with hydraulic equipment andtools.
7. Maintain accurate records of maintenanceactivities including parts inventory and servicereports.
8. Provide technical support and guidanceto junior fitters and maintenance staff asneeded.
9. Stay updated with advancements inhydraulic technology and recommend upgrades or modifications toenhance systemefficiency.

Requirements:

1. ITIFitter certification with 510 years of proven experience inhydraulic fitting and maintenance.
2. Proficiencyin reading and interpreting engineering drawings schematics andtechnical manuals.
3. Strong knowledge ofhydraulic principles components and systems including pumps valvescylinders and hoses.
4. Ability to use hydraulictesting equipment and diagnostic toolseffectively.
5. Excellent troubleshooting skillswith a systematic approach toproblemsolving.
6. Good communication skills tointeract with colleagues supervisors and externalstakeholders.
7. Flexibility to work in Ghaziabador Sikandarabad locations as required.
8. Currentresidency in Uttar Pradeshpreferred.
