Description

 Purpose of this Position：

1. Maintain good relationship with customer by providing pre-sales and post-sales technical support to Key Accounts & Preferred Account (KA &PA).

2. To provide technical consulting and problem solving.

3. To support PoC, FAT and product testing

4. To provide technical training, on-site seminar to customer

5. Support additional task required by supervisor to achieve strategic objectives

 Major Areas of Responsibility：

1. Work closely with the CSM/RSM/BDM/KAM to provide technical support & solutions for KA & PA –

To answer request for proposal To resolve customer’s applications via technical expertise. To obtain customer’s satisfaction.

2. Project support in Pre-sales stage and Post-sales stage

Tender Document study and analysis. To propose suitable solutions, execute POC(Proof Of Concept) and FAT (Factory acceptance test) for Moxa’s channels and end customers Support pre-sales activities such as seminar, customer visit, exhibition, to present product features and value proposition.

3. To provide Internal/External technical training to either Moxa colleagues or customer

4. To handle additional assignments or projects on demand which required by supervisor to achieve strategic objectives-

Qualifications

 Minimum Job Requirements

Fluent in English language. College degree in Engineering or related degree. Quick learner for technical knowledge. At least 3 to 5 years of working experience for network product. CCNA, CCNP, or above is preferred. Familiar with network technologies such as VLAN, RSTP, IGMP, NAT, VPN and Routing Function.
