Job Duties andResponsibilities:

ContentCreation:

  • Developengaging and informative content for various learningmodules.
  • Collaborate with subjectmatter experts to gather insights and create accurate highqualitymaterials.
  • Utilize multimedia toolsto enhance content delivery andengagement.

ProgramDevelopment:

  • Assistin designing and implementing innovative learningprograms.
  • Work closely with theFounder & CEO to align content with Sapientury s missionand vision.
  • Help create interactiveand engaging learningexperiences.

ContentManagement:

  • Organizeand manage content within our learning managementsystems.
  • Ensure content is uptodateaccurate and accessible to allusers.
  • Track and analyze contentperformance to identify areas forimprovement.

ResearchandInnovation:

  • Stayupdated on the latest trends in educational technology and contentdevelopment.
  • Participate inbrainstorming sessions to bring fresh ideas for content and programenhancement.
  • Conduct research tosupport the creation of new learningmaterials.

EvaluationandFeedback:

  • Gatherand analyze feedback from users to continually improve contentquality.
  • Assist in evaluating theeffectiveness of learningprograms.
  • Prepare reports on contentperformance and userengagement.


Requirements

RequiredQualifications:

  • Priorexperience in content creation or a related role either formal orinformal.
  • Familiarity with contentcreation tools and content management systems (WordPress AdobeCreative Suite etc.).
  • A passion fortransforming youth education through engagingcontent.
  • Strong interest ineducational technology digital content or relatedfields.
  • Excellent writingcommunication and interpersonalskills.
  • Ability to workcollaboratively in a team and manage multiple taskseffectively.
  • Basic understanding ofSEO and content optimizationprinciples.

Required Qualifications : Background: Bachelor in Commerce, HumanResources Management, Organizational Psychology, or relevant fieldProven experience in a Recruitment or similar role Hands-onexperience with job portals Strong interpersonal skills &ability to manage task and deadlines. Good written and verbalEnglish communications skills Preferred Qualifications :Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ZOHO etc) Experienceworking with EdTech companies Experience working with startups inthe Indian ecosystem
