Join Sapientury as a Multimedia Intern and become an integral part of our team This role offers a unique opportunity to dive into the creation of engaging content, including e-learning materials, video production, and multimedia editing. You’ll work collaboratively with our team to produce high-quality content that spans various platforms, from educational videos to interactive learning modules.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Video Production

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for social media, websites, and e-learning modules.
  
• Add titles and captions to videos, ensuring they are clear and enhance the viewer’s understanding.
  
• Integrate audio into videos, including background music and voice-overs, and manage audio editing and sound effects.
  
• Create and manage progress bars and visual effects like fades and transitions to improve video flow and viewer engagement.
  
• Add B-roll footage or markers to enhance storytelling and provide additional context.
  

Post-Production for E-Learning Content

• Edit e-learning videos, incorporating animations, graphics, and effects to create a compelling learning experience.
  
• Work with the instructional design team to ensure videos align with educational objectives and support content.
  
• Utilize tools like Descript for collaborative video editing, ensuring smooth workflow and communication with team members.
  
• Adjust content to maximize learner engagement and retention through effective use of visuals and sound. 
  

Creative Collaboration

• Assist in creating detailed creative briefs that outline project objectives, target audiences, and key messages for multimedia projects.
  
• Collaborate with marketing, instructional design, and learning & development teams to align multimedia content with project requirements and objectives.
  
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to provide innovative ideas and ensure content remains relevant and engaging.
  
• Analyse content performance and collaborate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative multimedia ideas and strategies.
  

Requirements

1. Prior experience in multimedia production through internships, freelance work, or personal projects.
   
2. Hands-on experience with multimedia software and tools, including advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and familiarity with Descript or similar video editing platforms.
   
3. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
   
4. Experience in audio editing, sound effects, and creating voice-overs for videos.
   
5. Experience in creating e-learning content and understanding instructional design principles. 
   
6. Flexibility to adapt to new tools, technologies, and project requirements as they evolve.
   
7. Exceptional attention to detail in editing, ensuring accuracy and high-quality output in all multimedia content.
   
8. Clear and effective communication skills for collaborating with team members.
