KeyResponsibilities:
  • Developand implement a QA strategy aligned with our agileprocesses.
  • Leadand mentor a team of QA specialists fostering continuousimprovement.
  • Designand execute advanced test plans across multiple configurations anddevices.
  • Implementand maintain automated testing frameworks forefficiency.
  • Collaboratewith crossfunctional teams to integrate QA into the developmentlifecycle.
  • Analyzequality metrics and drive improvements based oninsights.
  • Establishand maintain QA best practices and documentationstandards.
  • Participatein release planning ensuring quality standards aremet.
  • Conductrisk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for qualityissues.


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorsdegree in Computer Science Information Technology or a relatedfield.
  • 7years of software QA experience with at least 3 years in aleadershiprole.
  • Strongknowledge of QA methodologies tools and bestpractices.
  • Experiencewith automated testing tools (e.g. Selenium CypressJUnit).
  • Familiaritywith AWS Cloud services and testing in cloudenvironments.
  • Excellentanalytical problemsolving and leadershipskills.
  • Outstandingcommunication abilities both written andverbal.
  • Experiencewith agile developmentmethodologies.

Plus points for those whohave:

  • ISTQBcertification orequivalent.
  • Experiencewith performance and securitytesting.
  • Knowledgeof DevOps practices and CI/CDpipelines.
  • Familiaritywith data quality principles and data integritytesting.
  • Backgroundin SaaS platforms or economic developmenttechnologies.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, InformationTechnology, or a related field. 7+ years of software QA experience,with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of QAmethodologies, tools, and best practices. Experience with automatedtesting tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, JUnit). Familiarity withAWS Cloud services and testing in cloud environments. Excellentanalytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Outstandingcommunication abilities, both written and verbal. Experience withagile development methodologies. Plus points for those who have:ISTQB certification or equivalent. Experience with performance andsecurity testing. Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CDpipelines. Familiarity with data quality principles and dataintegrity testing. Background in SaaS platforms or economicdevelopment technologies.
