This is a remote position.

We areseeking a Sr. Oracle Cloud HCM Solution Architect / Lead to joinour team. This role demands a uniqueblend of indepth product expertise handson configuration skillstechnical leadership and the ability to translate business needsinto effective implementable HCM solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • HandsOnImplementation Leadership: Take ownership of the technical aspectsof Oracle Cloud HCM implementations leading configuration workshopsperforming handson system setup troubleshooting issues and guidingthe technical team throughout the projectlifecycle.
  • StrategicPartnership: Build and maintain strong relationships with seniorbusiness leaders (VP of HR and above) acting as a trusted advisoron all aspects of Oracle Cloud HCM strategy implementation andoptimization.
  • Joint RoadmapDevelopment: Collaborate with business leaders to developcomprehensive Oracle Cloud HCM roadmaps that align with theirstrategic objectives outlining key milestones timelines andresourcerequirements.
  • Solution Design andConfiguration: Collaborate with business leaders to designarchitect and configure Oracle Cloud HCM solutions that meet theirunique needs ensuring seamless integration with existing systemsandprocesses.
  • Technical Expertise:Serve as the goto expert for all technical aspects of Oracle CloudHCM providing guidance on data migration integration reportingcustomizations and performancetuning.
  • Data Management:Oversee data migration and integration activities ensuring dataintegrity and accuracy throughout the transition to Oracle CloudHCM. Develop and implement data validation and cleansingstrategies.
  • Change Management andAdoption: Support organizational change management efforts helpingusers adopt and embrace new HCM technologies and processes througheffective training communication and supportstrategies.
  • ContinuousImprovement: Stay abreast of the latest Oracle Cloud HCMinnovations and industry trends proactively identifyingopportunities to enhance existing solutions and drive furtherbusinessvalue.

Requirements
  • Experience: 8 yearsof experience in a top consulting firm within their Oracle HCMpractice demonstrating a balance of handson implementationtechnical leadership and strategicconsulting.
  • Product Expertise:Deep understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM modules (e.g. Core HR TalentManagement Payroll Time & Labor etc.) and their technicalcapabilities.
  • TechnicalProficiency: Expertlevel skills in Oracle Cloud HCM configurationdata migration integration reporting and customizations.Proficiency in SQL HCM Data Loader and other relevanttools.
  • Business Acumen:Strong understanding of HR processes and the ability to translatebusiness needs into technical requirements and actionableconfigurations.
  • Communication andLeadership: Excellent written and verbal communication skills withthe ability to effectively interact with both technical andnontechnical stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated ability tolead and influence crossfunctionalteams.
  • ProblemSolving:Exceptional problemsolving skills with the ability to identify andresolve complex technical and functional issuesindependently.
  • Passion for Technology and HR: Agenuine enthusiasm for leveraging technology to drive HRtransformation and improve the employeeexperience.
PreferredQualifications:
  • OracleCertifications: Oracle Cloud HCM certifications are aplus.
  • Industry Experience:Experience in specific industries (e.g. healthcare financialservices etc.) isdesirable.
