**Overview**

This position will lead a Time and Labor implementations for complex clients and any related solution design, business process analysis, configuration, validation, system integration and deployment. The position involves HCM and Time and Labor.

**Responsibilities**

As a Subject Matter Expert, the Oracle Cloud Time and Labor Consultant must deliver a solution that meets the customers objectives by combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen.

**This includes**:
participate in client Discovery sessions,

developing and documenting requirements,

conducting hands-on configuration as well as leading offshore in some of the common configuration,

working with the technical team to spec and unit test any system technical extensions,

rolling up and reporting status to the Project Manager,

leading client knowledge transfer and validation sessions,

acting as a first point of contact for client resolution,

leading Conference Room Pilots (CRPs),

resolving issues identified during CRPs and UAT, and

supporting deployment and limited production issue resolution for 30 days after deployment.

The Oracle Cloud Time and Labor Consultant must have experience in the following cloud modules.

Oracle HCM

Core HCM, Time and Labor

**Experience**:
Experience in implementing Oracle Cloud Time & Labor, including Timecard Layouts, Time Calculations Rules, Timecard Approval Workflow, Self-Service, Web Clock or other 3rd parties, and delivered Oracle Cloud Time & Labor Reports

Team Lead role on at least one Oracle Cloud HCM implementation project

Strong business communication and customer management skills.

Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration, testing, client user training.

Ability to work with Highstreet offshore functional and technical staff

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
