This is a remote position.

As an Oracle HCM SolutionArchitect with expertise in Workforce Management Oracle Time andLabour (OTL) you will play a pivotal role in designing andimplementing comprehensive solutions for our clients. You will workclosely with project teams clients and stakeholders to understandbusiness requirements and translate them into scalable andefficient Oracle HCM Cloudconfigurations.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as thesubject matter expert (SME) in Oracle HCM Cloud with a focus on theOracle Time and Labour (OTL) module providing guidance and bestpractices to project teams andclients.

  • Design endtoendsolutions for time and labour management within Oracle HCM Cloudensuring alignment with project requirements and industrystandards.

  • Lead requirementsgathering sessions workshops and stakeholder meetings to understandbusiness needs and translate them into functionalspecifications.

  • Develop and maintainproject documentation including design documents configurationguides and testscripts.

  • Configure Oracle HCMCloud applications including Oracle Time and Labour (OTL) to meetclientspecific requirements ensuring adherence to best practicesand systemlimitations.

  • Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams including developers testers and businessanalysts to ensure successful implementation and integration ofOracle HCM Cloudsolutions.

  • Provide ongoing supportand troubleshooting assistance to client s postimplementationaddressing issues related to Oracle Time and Labour (OTL) and otherHCM modules asneeded.

  • Stay updated on thelatest Oracle HCM Cloud releases features and enhancementsevaluating their potential impact on existing implementations andrecommending appropriateactions.

  • Mentor junior teammembers sharing knowledge and best practices to foster theirprofessionaldevelopment.



Requirements
  • 10 yearsdesigning implementing and supporting Oracle HCM Cloudapplications.
  • Proven experienceworking as an Oracle HCM Cloud Architect with a strong emphasis onWorkforce Management specifically with the Oracle Time and Labour(OTL) module in a projectcentricorganization.
  • Indepth knowledge ofOracle HCM Cloud applications including Core HR Payroll WorkforceManagement and Absence Management preferably specifically in Timeand LabourOTL.
  • Direct experienceconfiguring and customising Oracle HCM Cloud applications to meetbusinessrequirements.
  • Excellent analyticaland critical thinking skills with the ability to troubleshootcomplex issues and propose effectivesolutions.
  • Familiarity withintegration methodologies and tools such as Oracle IntegrationCloud (OIC) and Oracle SOASuite.
  • Strong communicationand people skills with the ability to interact with clientseffectively stakeholders and teammembers.
  • Ability to workindependently and as part of a team managing multiple tasks andpriorities in a fastpacedenvironment.
  • Required: Oraclecertifications in OracleHCM
  • Required: Bachelor sdegree in computer science Information Technology or relatedfield.

10+ years designing,implementing, and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud applications. Provenexperience working as an Oracle HCM Cloud Architect, with a strongemphasis on Workforce Management specifically with the Oracle Timeand Labour (OTL) module, in a project-centric organization.In-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud applications, including CoreHR, Payroll, Workforce Management, and Absence Management,preferably specifically in Time and Labour OTL.
