Job Description:
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates for various job positions for our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and job requirements.
  • Source and attract potential candidates using various methods such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
  • Conduct phone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for the position.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates to ensure a strong pipeline of talent.
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including posting job ads, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience by keeping candidates informed throughout the recruitment process.


Requirements
  • Graduate from any field 
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to learn on the job, be proactive and work independently
  • Diligent & ability to multitask
  • Proficiency with technology such as applicant tracking systems (ATS), excel & google spreadsheets.
