Responsibilities:

1. Office Maintenance & Support

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of the Goa office.

• Manage photocopying, scanning, and basic laptop operations as needed.

2. Document & Courier Handling

• Coordinate and manage document deliveries and couriers.

• Ensure timely dispatch and receipt of office documents.

3. Hospitality & Event Support

• Arrange refreshments, tea, and coffee for meetings and events.

• Assist in the planning and execution of office events.

• Attend to visiting partners, ensuring client hospitality and support.

4. Housekeeping & Supervision

• Supervise housekeeping staff to maintain a clean and organized office environment.

5. Additional Tasks

• Undertake any additional duties assigned by the Goa team.


Requirements:

• Local resident of Goa, with good knowledge of the area.

• Possess a valid 2-wheeler license and vehicle for document delivery.

• Friendly and reliable, with a proactive approach to supporting office needs.
