JobSummary:

The ExecutiveManager for Academy will be responsible for overseeing all aspectsof the academy s operations including curriculum developmentfaculty management and student engagement. This role requires astrategic leader with a deep understanding of educationalmanagement a passion for learning and the ability to drive theacademy s vision and missionforward.

KeyResponsibilities:
  • StrategicPlanning: Develop and implement the academys strategicplan ensuring alignment with the organizations overall goals andobjectives.
  • CurriculumDevelopment: Oversee the creation evaluation andcontinuous improvement of educational programs ensuring they meetindustry standards and the needs ofstudents.
  • FacultyManagement: Recruit manage and develop a team ofqualified instructors and administrative staff fostering a cultureof excellence and continuousimprovement.
  • StudentEngagement: Ensure high levels of student satisfactionand engagement by implementing effective student support servicesfostering a positive learning environment and addressing studentconcerns.
  • BudgetManagement: Develop and manage the academys budgetensuring financial sustainability and costeffective use ofresources.
  • QualityAssurance: Maintain high standards of educational qualityand compliance with accreditation requirements including regularprogram reviews andaudits.
  • Partnerships andCollaborations: Build and maintain relationships withindustry partners educational institutions and other stakeholdersto enhance the academys offerings andreputation.
  • TechnologyIntegration: Oversee the integration of technology intothe learning environment including online platforms elearning toolsand other educationaltechnologies.
  • Marketing andRecruitment: Collaborate with the marketing team todevelop strategies for student recruitment brand building andcommunityoutreach.
  • Innovation:Stay informed of trends in education and training incorporatinginnovative practices and methodologies into the academy sprograms.
  • RiskManagement: Identify potential risks and developstrategies to mitigate them ensuring smooth operations andsuccessfuloutcomes.
  • Compliance:Ensure the academy complies with all relevant legal safety andregulatoryrequirements.
Qualifications:
  • Education:Bachelor s degree in Education Business Administration or a relatedfield. A Master s degree in Education Management or similar ishighlydesirable.
  • Experience:Minimum of 6 months years of experience in educational managementwith at least 1 years in a leadershiprole.
  • Skills:
    • Strongleadership and team managementabilities.
    • Indepth knowledge ofcurriculum development and educational bestpractices.
    • Excellent organizationaland project managementskills.
    • Proficiency in budgetmanagement and financialoversight.
    • Exceptional communicationnegotiation and interpersonalskills.
