Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate school inquiries through effective calling and emailing strategies. The ideal candidate should have a strong communication skill set and a passion for promoting educational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to schools to promote our educational programs and workshops.
  • Send personalized emails to school administrators and decision-makers.
  • Follow up on inquiries and nurture leads to conversion.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and strategies.
  • Provide regular reports on calling and emailing activities and results.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in outbound calling and emailing for sales or marketing purposes, preferably in the education sector.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport over the phone and email.
  • Persistence and ability to handle rejection professionally.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
