About the role :

Fromunderstanding the customers problem statement to advocating the functionality,architecture and security of our product, at Darwinbox, TechnicalPresales playsa critical role in the success of every enterprise sales pursuit we make. Byleveraging deep IT systems expertise and comprehensive HCM product knowledge Darwinboxs Technical Presales Consultants provide expert solutions,presentations, workshops and IT architecture capability demonstrations to thecustomer throughout the sales cycle.

Responsibilities:

Articulate to enterprise customers the differentiated technology value proposition of Darwinbox Present, demonstrate Darwinboxs technology architecture, security and DevOps capabilities  Build relationships with client IT stakeholders to ensure buy-in on technology aspects Own technical collaterals & RFP submission as part of the sales process  Understand the existing IT landscape of clients and Develop solutions as part of product workshops  Collaborate with Product and Infosec teams to create technical documentation and relevant handover documentation including technical design documents and network diagrams  Interface with the implementation team to articulate customers requirements & ensure a smooth transition from Sales to Delivery Liaison with integrations, DevOps and product teams to ensure all references are up to date

Requirements:

3-6 years of value-based selling experience in an IT Systems Consulting environment Proven ability to work and effectively communicate with C-level executives and line of business representatives Proven ability to understand and demonstrate IT infrastructure & security of SaaS products Excellent communication and documentation skills MBA/PGDM or equivalent degree in IT Management is preferred
