At least 23 years of experience inNeurovascular Medical Devices / Pharma

Preferably from Interventional Neurology or Neurovascularbackground

Functional Area :Domestic Sales

Reports To : Area SalesManager

KeyAccountabilities:

Meet Customersregularly as per Sales Plan to ensure complete coverage of theterritory.

Develop and maintain a high level ofproduct knowledge and relevant medical information for self to beable to provide the same to customers.

Demonstration of product whenever required to educate thecustomers.

Develop & maintain a thoroughunderstanding of Client base ensure a close working relationshipexists between the organization Key Accounts and KOLs.

Sampling and feedback.

Own andmeet/exceed annual sales targets.

Attend andrepresent the organization in meetings seminars conferencesetc.

Effectively implementing marketingcampaign with effective customer conversion

Work in close coordination with distributors as per companypolicies to increase the sales.

Map Competitionactively and share periodic/monthly report with the Manager toassist in alignment of strategy.

New productlaunches shift in usage pattern customer feedback on competitionsproduct to be monitored and reported.

Identifyand strategize penetration plans for new markets andcustomers.

Drive timely collections and ensureDSO days are maintained as per the annual plan.

Responsible for high costeffectiveness in businessexpenses

Manage customer escalations in timelymanner and according to SMTs policy and requirement.

Ensure 100% compliance with SOPs and code of conduct ofthe organization is followed at every level andtransactions.
