Role Overview:

- We are looking for an experienced Territory Sales Manager to drive sales efforts and foster customer satisfaction in the Delhi territory.

- This role will focus on executing strategic sales plans, training sales teams, and maintaining efficient sales operations within the assigned area.

- As a critical point of contact between our company and clients, you will ensure exceptional customer service and contribute to our growth in the electric vehicle market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Management: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets within the designated territory, identifying new opportunities to drive business growth.

- Customer Service: Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, addressing their concerns, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

- Team Training & Development: Train, mentor, and guide sales teams, enhancing their product knowledge and sales techniques.

- Operational Oversight: Monitor and manage sales activities, ensuring effective territory coverage and adherence to company sales policies and standards.

- Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs within the region, providing actionable insights for business development.

- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends, sharing insights with management to refine sales Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field. (MBA is preferred)

- Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably within the automotive industry or electric vehicle sector.

- Sales Expertise: Strong sales and sales management skills, with the ability to lead a team to meet and exceed targets.

- Customer Focus: Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.

- Training Ability: Experience in training and developing sales teams, fostering a results-oriented environment.
