Responsibilities:

- maximize the growth and profitability of the product line serving the Regional market- Provide leadership, strategic direction, challenge and motivation To the Regional industry sales team, distributors and internal functional departments that support the team- Develop and implement strategic plan, financial objectives and operating plans, with in the framework provided by Regional leadership

Qualifications:

Diploma/Graduation/Engineering in Rubber or Chemical with 4 to 5 years of sales experience in rubber specialty Chemicals or R&D/Manufacturing experience in Rubber parts manufacturing industry.

Ability to travel intensively in the region.

Good hold on local languages and proficient in English communication.
