JobSummary:

We are seeking adynamic and resultsoriented Area Sales Manager to lead our homeloan and loan against property (LAP) sales initiatives in theassigned region. The ideal candidate will have a strong backgroundin financial services sales excellent leadership skills and apassion for driving business growth.

KeyResponsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Development:Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthlyand annual targets for home loans and LAP.
  • Team Leadership: Manage andmentor a team of sales executives providing guidance training andperformance evaluations to ensure team productivity andmotivation.
  • MarketAnalysis: Conduct market research to identify newbusiness opportunities and stay updated on industry trendscompetitor activities and customer preferences.
  • Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholdersincluding real estate developers brokers and financial institutionsto enhance business prospects.
  • Client Engagement: Engagewith customers to understand their financial needs provide tailoredsolutions and ensure high levels of customersatisfaction.
  • Reporting: Prepare andpresent sales reports forecasts and analysis to senior managementhighlighting performance metrics and areas forimprovement.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherenceto company policies and regulatory requirements related to homeloans and LAP.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in BusinessFinance or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5years of experience in sales management specifically in home loansand LAP.
  • Proven track record of achievingsales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonalskills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRMsoftware.
