Shift Timing: 24*7 Rotational Shift (9 hours work Shift ) Open ToTravel Anywhere All Over The World

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives that span oneor multiple lines of business
  • Provideleadership for project team by building and motivating team membersto meet project goals adhering to their responsibilities andproject milestones
  • Full project life cycleownership: successful project delivery will include fullimplementation from initiation to deployment for one major orseveral minor initiatives simultaneously
  • Manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensurethe overall program is aligned to and directly supports theachievement of strategic objectives
  • Report onproject success criteria results metrics test and deploymentmanagement activities
  • Work creatively andanalytically in a problemsolving environment demonstrating teamworkinnovation and excellence
  • Participate inestablishing practices templates policies tools and partnerships toexpand and mature these capabilities for theorganization
  • Prepare estimates and detailedproject plan for all phases of the project
  • Procure adequate resources to achieve project objectivesin planned timeframes
  • Manage the daytodayproject activities and resources and chairs the project managementteam meetings
  • Monitor staff performance andcomplete performance reviews
  • Provide statusreporting regarding project milestones deliverable dependenciesrisks and issues communicating across leadership
  • Understand interdependencies between technologyoperations and business needs
  • Demonstrate afunctional acumen to support how solutions will address clientgoals while maintaining alignment with industry bestpractices
  • Manage project scope andchanges
  • Participate and/or drive feasibilitystudies vendor selections and proposals for evaluation byappropriate key stakeholders
  • Act as aninternal quality control check for the project
  • Manage ongoing quality control and participate in qualityissue resolution
  • Assist in dispute negotiationarbitration or litigation as needed
  • Supportformal/informal schedules to manage the engagementcontract
  • Define the Statement of Work andSpecifications for the requested goods and services
  • Develop and manage all aspects ofproject and program engagement from planning external vendorrelationships communications resources budget change risks andissues
  • Set and continually manage project andprogram expectations while delegating and managing deliverable withteam members and stakeholders
  • Delegate tasksand responsibilities to appropriate personnel
  • Monitor track and control outcomes to resolve issuesconflicts dependencies and critical path deliverables
  • Develop and deliver progress reports proposalsrequirements documentation and presentations to various audiencesincluding project team sponsors and key stakeholders
  • Determine the frequency and content of status reportsfrom the project and program team analyze results and troubleshootproblem areas
  • Define success criteria anddisseminate them to involved parties throughout project and programlife cycle
  • Identify and develop trustedadviser relationship with project and program stakeholders sponsorsand university stakeholders
  • Coach mentormotivate and supervise project and program team
  • Deliver appropriate and effective executive levelcommunication
  • Ensure that projects andprograms are proceeding according to scope schedule budget andquality standards
  • Manage project and programissues and risks to mitigate impact to baseline
  • Continue professional development in order to keepabreast of emerging technologies methods and bestpractices
  • Extensive understanding of projectand program management principles methods and techniques
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Provensuccess in providing on site leadership for project team bybuilding and motivating team members to meet project goals adheringto their responsibilities and project milestones
  • Performance reviews and staff development
  • Monitor the performance of staff
  • Establish practices templates policies tools andpartnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for theorganization

Qualifications:

  • Excellent experience in Agile SCRUMWaterfall
  • Strong leadership diplomatic andmotivational skills including the ability to lead up across anddown multiple business and technology organizations
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in aproblemsolving environment demonstrating teamwork innovation andexcellence
  • Build and maintain relationships byengaging business leaders to establish credibility solve problemsbuild consensus and achieve objectives
  • Excellent leadership communication (written verbal andpresentation) and interpersonal skills
  • Selfmotivated decisive with the ability to adapt tochange and competing demands
  • Research bestpractices within and outside the organization to establishbenchmark data and use continuous process improvement disciplinesto achieve results
  • Tools: MS Project ExcelWord and PowerPoint; CA Clarity PPM
  • Experiencenegotiating vendor contracts
  • Experiencedrafting and submitting budget proposals and recommendingsubsequent budget changes where necessary
  • Experience in successfully leading projects and programsto ontime onschedule and within budget close
  • Experience leading motivating and managing variousproject and program team sizes including internal and externalresources while holding team accountable for performance
  • Strong experience presenting to executive sponsors anddemonstrated communication skills; both written and oral withtechnical and nontechnical staff all levels ofmanagement
  • Experience influencing and gainingbuyin from executives sponsors team members stakeholders andpeers
  • Teambuilding skills with technical andnontechnical staff
  • Experience working bothindependently and in a teamoriented collaborativeenvironment
  • Flexible with proven ability toconform to shifting priorities demands and timelines throughanalytical and problemsolving capabilities
  • Technically competent with various software programsincluding but not limited to Microsoft Office (Word ExcelPowerPoint Visio) Microsoft Projects ServiceNow SmartSheet andLucid Chart
  • Adept at conducting research intoprojectrelated issues and products
  • Must beable to learn understand and apply new technologies
  • Support diverse and inclusive work environment

Requiredqualifications:

  • BachelorsDegree in appropriate field of study or equivalent workexperience
  • 12 years of total workingexperience in IT Industry.
  • 7 years ofexperience working as Project Manager with business stakeholderswithin a crossfunctional matrix environment
  • Must have PMP or PRINCE2 certifications.
  • Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Project ExcelVisio PowerPoint and SharePoint with experience presenting tostakeholders and / or Senior Leadership
  • Proven ability to demonstrate a drive for results andaccountability of business needs
  • Provenability to work in an ambiguous environment and collaborate acrossmultiple areas in order to achieve a common businessobjective
  • Interpersonal skills to influenceand spur change facilitate and enhance performance within a crossfunctional environment
  • Demonstratedecisiveness in resolving business problems making decisions andidentifying priorities
