Role Overview: Senior Project ManagerGovernment Banking Projects

Asleading outsourcing partners we are hiring for a highly experiencedSenior Project Manager to be deployed at our client site which is aleading private sector bank in India known for its customercentricapproach and innovative banking solutions. With a strong presenceacross the country the organization provides a wide range ofbanking and financial services to individuals businesses andcorporates emphasizing technological advancements and personalizedservice delivery.

The ideal candidate will haveextensive experience in handling Agency Bank NonAgency CMS relatedonline and bank products and other banking adhoc governmentrelatedprojects. The candidate should be proficient in endtoend vendoronboarding processes and familiar with essential banking documentssuch as BRD FRD ORMC UAT RECON SOP etc.

Required Skills:

Agency Bank Expertise: The candidate should have acomprehensive understanding of various agency banking systemsincluding CBDT GST ICEGATE and STATE Taxes. Experience inimplementing solutions and navigating regulatory frameworks withinthese agencies is essential.

NonAgency Projects:Handson experience with PFMS SNA Models 1 2 3 & 4 is required.The candidate should demonstrate a track record of successfullymanaging nonagency projects in the banking sector.

CMS and Bank Products: Proficiency in managing CMS relatedonline platforms and bank products is crucial. The candidate shouldbe adept at overseeing the implementation of CMS solutions andensuring seamless integration with banking systems.

Government Adhoc Projects: Experience in handling variousadhoc governmentrelated projects within the banking domain would bean advantage. The candidate should showcase versatility in adaptingto different project requirements and delivering results withinspecified timelines.

Vendor Onboarding: Strongexpertise in endtoend vendor onboarding processes is necessary. Thecandidate should have the ability to evaluate and onboard vendorseffectively ensuring alignment with project objectives andregulatory standards.

Projects an IdealCandidate Should Have Worked On:

Implementation of CBDT GST ICEGATE and STATE Taxes systems foragency banking.

Successful execution of PFMSSNA Models 1 2 3 & 4 projects.

Managementof CMSrelated online platforms and integration with bankproducts.

Participation in various adhocgovernmentrelated projects demonstrating adaptability andproblemsolving skills.

Endtoend vendoronboarding processes ensuring compliance with banking regulationsand standards.

Additional Skills:
