Weare looking for a strategic and resultsoriented Project Manager tojoin our leadership team in Goa. You will manage and direct projectmanagement activities act as liaison between client stakeholdersengineers contractors thirdparty construction managers and otherconsultants during the execution phase of a project. This positionwill also be responsible for the coordination during the executionphase and close out of projects. This position may havelittletofull responsibility for projects in entitlement design andpreconstruction.

  • TheProject Manager will be responsible for independently executingsolar PV projects of upto 1520 mW while maintaining budget andschedule.
  • Thecandidate must deliver positive results and assume accountabilityfor delivering projects on an approved schedule and on budget tomaintain value and protectprofitability.
  • Holda solid time management system and demonstrate excellentorganizationalskills.
KeyResponsibilities include leading the team to accomplish thefollowingtasks.
  1. ProjectPlanning andExecution:
  • Developcomprehensive project plans timelines & budgets and leadthe planning and execution of solar energy projects of residentialcommercial and C&I (both ground mounted shed mounted androoftop projects) from conception to completion.
  • Manage Resources/ vendors on site(India).
  • Maintain top quality customer servicewith clients and allstakeholders.
  1. StakeholderCoordination:
  • Managedaily and weekly calls with contractors to discuss projectprogress.
  • Collaborate with both internal andexternal teams including engineering procurement finance andoperations to ensure seamless projectdelivery.
  • Liaise with external stakeholderssuch as clients contractors and government regulatory bodies tofacilitate effective communication and projectprogress.
  1. Procurement:
  • Managethe Procurement process with the procurement manager on vendorselection and contract negotiations.
  • Evaluateproject bids and make informed recommendations based on technicaland financial considerations based onprojects
  1. Utilityand CityPermitting:
  • Navigateand facilitate the utility interconnection process ensuringcompliance with utility requirements.
  • Managecity permitting processes working closely with local authorities tosecure necessaryapprovals.
  1. TechnicalOversight:
  • Providetechnical oversight throughout the project lifecycle ensuringcompliance with design specifications and industrystandards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections andquality control assessments to monitor projectperformance.
  1. Budgetand CostControl:
  • Monitorproject budgets and expenses identifying costsaving opportunitiesand mitigating risks.
  • Implement effective costcontrol measures to ensure projects are completed within budgetaryconstraints.
  1. RiskManagement:
  • Identifypotential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate andmanage them effectively.
  • Implement safetyprotocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations andstandards.
  1. DocumentationandReporting:
  • Evaluateinstaller s progress reports with an eye toward managing projectrisks.
  • Maintain accurate project documentationincluding contracts permits and technical specifications andprovide regular progress reports to leadership and externalstakeholders.
JobSpecifications:
  • TechnicalSkills: Zoho Suite (CRM &Sales Analytics) is mandatory Calendar Management MSOffice/Google Suite.
  • SoftSkills: Communication(English Hindi preferred) Documentation & PresentationStrategy Building Teamwork Organization & Analysis TimeManagement & Multitasking Learning & ArticulationCustomer Service Attention toDetail.
  • Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Engineering Renewable Energy Project Managementor a related field. PMP is aplus.

  • Strongunderstanding of solar technologies project developmentconstruction processes utility interconnection and citypermitting.
