Role Description
This is a full-time Business Development Manager (BDM) role with Kaalia Productions located in Bangalore Urban. The BDM will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing relationships with key clients, and increasing revenue through successful new business generation. The BDM will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies, lead project teams, and create and execute sales plans. Handling client queries and conversions.
Qualifications
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Business Development or Sales roles
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to identify and develop new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and negotiate contracts
Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
Experience in the Media and Entertainment industry is a plus
