The Job

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and market analysis.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless product/service delivery.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
  • Prepare and present compelling sales proposals to potential clients.

The Profile

  • You have at least 6 years experience within a B2B Sales / Account Executive or Sales Engineer role, ideally within the Electronics industry.
  • You have working knowledge of automobile and b.tech
  • You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
  • You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
  • You are willing to undertake more than 60% travel.
