Technical Program Manager

Project Planning and Execution:
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
Lead the execution of technical projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards and delivery timelines.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with product managers, engineering teams, and other stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Facilitate communication and collaboration among different teams to ensure project success.
Risk Management:
Identify and assess potential risks and issues related to technical projects.
Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Budget and Resource Management:
Manage project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring efficient resource allocation.
Collaborate with resource managers to ensure the availability of required skills and expertise.
Quality Assurance:
Define and implement quality assurance processes for technical deliverables.
Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Reporting and Communication:
Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, challenges, and achievements.
Prepare and present reports outlining key project metrics and outcomes.
Technology Leadership:
Provide strategic leadership for the digital technology function, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Hands-on experience of Design & Architecture, Solutioning, Quality Execution, Timely delivery for products from scratch using Front End & Back End technologies.
Experience in:
API Integrations : WhatsApp Business, Freshdesk, Sendgrid, 2factor, Zoho, Shiprocket, Oauth, Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, FB Connect, CCAvenue
Integrated : Shopify, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Books, Zoho Analytics, Shiprocket, Sanity CMS.
Gateway : Pinelabs(PG, POS, Setu), CCAvenue, Razorpay
& Libraries : AWS S3, Amazon SES
Sources : RDS, MongoDB, MySQL, Redis, Memcache, Elastic Search.
Tools : Kibana, Sentry, Grafana, Sematext.
Servers : AWS EC2.
Management Tool : JIRA, Freedcamp, Mantis, Bugzilla
Systems : Linux (Ubuntu, Fedora), macOS, Windows
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
Proven 8- 10 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and technologies.
