Role : Technical Program manager - Data TPM (Data Engineering, AI, Data Science)

Key Responsibilities :

Data Quality Custodian :


- Serve as the go-to person for data quality. Ensure the integrity and reliability of our data assets.

Project Coordination and Execution :


- Coordinate and manage data-centric projects, focusing on practical execution and timely delivery.


- Work closely with teams to ensure projects stay on track and meet defined goals

Hands-On Technical Involvement :


- Dive into SQL and Python to perform data analysis, conduct quality checks, and monitor data quality.


- Your ability to directly engage with the data and technical tasks will bridge the gap between our data engineering and data science teams and operational goals.

Collaborative Team Work :


- Foster collaboration across engineering, data science, business, and operations teams.


- Translate business requirements into technical tasks and ensure all teams are aligned in their efforts and contributions.

Operational Reporting and Insights :


- Generate operational insights, prepare data quality reports, and crafting dashboards that support decision-making and keep stakeholders informed on project progress.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Experience in managing and coordinating data projects, with a focus on practical execution within a startup or agile environment.



- Hands-on proficiency in SQL and Python, comfortable with direct involvement in scripting, data querying, and analysis tasks.



- Ability to navigate and resolve technical challenges collaboratively, with a practical approach to problem-solving.



- Effective communication skills, capable of connecting technical and operational teams.



- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field, reflecting a solid technical foundation.
