JobDescription: We are seeking aexperienced and highly motivated Business Development Head to leadour expansion efforts in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 510years of proven experience in business development managementpreferably within the real estate or hospitality industry. Theywill be responsible for driving revenue growth maintainingoccupancy levels above 95% at all our properties building andmanaging a decentralised team implementing effective systems andreporting mechanisms and developing strategies to enhance leadmanagement and conversion rates. Candidates from CoWorking Industryarepreferred.
KeyResponsibilities: 1. Developand execute strategic business development plans to drive revenuegrowth and achieve targets for CoLiving and student accommodationproperties in Mumbai Navi Mumbai Pune and Gujurat. 2. Build andlead a highperforming decentralised business development teamproviding guidance support and motivation to ensure individual andcollective success with daily managementschedules. 3. Implement robust systems andprocesses for tracking and analyzing key performance indicators(KPIs) including occupancy rates revenue generation lead conversionrates and customer satisfaction. 4. Utilizedatadriven insights to identify market trends opportunities andpotential risks and adjust strategies accordingly to maximizeresults. 5. Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams including marketing operations and finance to align businessdevelopment initiatives with overall company objectives.6. Develop and maintain strong relationshipswith key stakeholders including property owners developersinvestors and strategic partners to facilitate business growth andexpansion. 7. Lead negotiations and contractdiscussions with potential clients and partners ensuring favorableterms and conditions that align with company policies andobjectives. 8. Implement effective leadmanagement strategies including lead generation qualificationnurturing and conversion to optimize sales performance and maximizerevenue opportunities. 9. Provide regularreports and updates to senior management on business developmentactivities performance metrics and market insights and proposerecommendations for improvement. 10. Stayabreast of industry trends competitive developments and emergingtechnologies and leverage this knowledge to innovate and enhancethe companys offerings andstrategies.
Qualification: Bachelors degree in businessadministration marketing real estate or a related field; MBApreferred. 510 years of progressiveexperience in business development management with a proven trackrecord of driving revenue growth and managing decentralized teamspreferably in the real estate or hospitality industry. Strong understanding of revenue managementprinciples lead management strategies and sales pipelineoptimization techniques. Excellentleadership communication and interpersonal skills with the abilityto inspire motivate and mentor team members to achieve their fullpotential. Proficiency in using CRMsoftware data analytics tools and other relevant technologies totrack analyze and report on business performance. Strategic thinker with a resultsorientedmindset capable of identifying opportunities solving complexproblems and making datadriven decisions. Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and adaptquickly to changing priorities and market conditions. Proven ability to build and maintainrelationships with diverse stakeholders including clients partnersand internal teams. Strong negotiationpresentation and influencing skills with the ability to effectivelyrepresent the company and negotiate favorable outcomes.
