Appointed Consultants Education B. Tech (Mechanical) Relevant Experience: 15+ years of experience in TQM , operational excellence practices. Business Understanding Certified in Six sigma ( Yellow / Green / Black belt )

- Problem solving AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY 1 Business Excellence - TQM Implementation Assesment of existing situations and draft short term and long term road map for TQM implementation across organisation
Ensure implementation of TQM practices across organisation as Policy Management & deployment, Daily work management, cross functional management.
Adhere to specific targets for driving business excellence in the plant and support functions 2 Operation Excellence - TPM Implementation Launch Total productive maintenance ( TPM ) initiative across all manufacturing plants.
Guide team in adhering to TPM framework in alignment with the organizational objectives; Synthesis a culture of business excellence in order to implement TPM in an effective manner
Drive TPM along with plant BE team and plant head.
Review the pillarwise development along with plant head to ensure effectiveness and sustenance of TPM activities.
Implement Maintwiz 3 Busienss Processes Improvement Identify opportunities to improve business process improvement - Sales , Service , Operations , Quality , Engineering , HR , SCM 4 Work Place Management , Kaizen Carnival , SIPs Drive workplacemanagment - 5S , Continuous improvments - Kaizen , Systematic Problem Solving - SIPs
Arranging internal competitions for 5S, Kaizen, Quality circle ( SIP )
Participation in group level and external competitions 5 Employees Capabilites Development Provide inputs for creating training material/content for TPM, TQM , SIP trainings; Support to conduction of training programs for various business excellence topics in the plant as well as for support functions as per the training schedule; 6 Team Members / People Management Engage with employees; Direct and guide team on functional issues; Challenge and motivate the team for their growth, ownership and responsibility; Resolve escalated conflicts and grievances; Set clear and objective goals for team and drive them towards the achievement in order to engage, retain and develop a committed and cohesive workforce.
