About the Role:-

We are seeking a dynamic SAP Field Sales Executive with B2B SAP ERP selling experience to join our growing team and help us expand our footprint in the industry.

Job Description:

As an SAP Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and business development activities related to our SAP ERP solutions. You will focus on identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing deals with B2B clients. Your goal will be to meet and exceed sales targets by offering tailored SAP solutions that address the specific needs of our clients.



Requirements
  • Business Development: Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the B2B space, particularly in industries where SAP ERP solutions are critical.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets, focusing on SAP ERP solutions.
  • Solution Selling: Understand client needs and challenges, and offer tailored SAP solutions that deliver value and drive business outcomes.
  • Field Visits: Conduct regular field visits to meet with clients in person, understand their business requirements, and present our solutions.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals, sales presentations, and demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations to close deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both the client and the company.
  • Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the technical, consulting, and support teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong focus on SAP ERP solutions.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.

Skills:

  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in the SAP ERP space.
  • Strong understanding of SAP ERP products and their applications in various industries.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and nurture client relationships at all levels.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management software.
     
  • Travel: Willingness to travel regularly, including field visits to meet with clients and prospects, as needed.

Requirements
