Weare seeking a dynamic SAP Field Sales Executive with B2B SAP ERPselling experience to join our growing team and help us expand ourfootprint in theindustry.
JobDescription:
Asan SAP Field Sales Executive you will be responsible for drivingsales and business development activities related to our SAP ERPsolutions. You will focus on identifying new business opportunitiesbuilding strong client relationships and closing deals with B2Bclients. Your goal will be to meet and exceed sales targets byoffering tailored SAP solutions that address the specific needs ofourclients.
Requirements
- BusinessDevelopment: Identify and qualify new business opportunities withinthe B2B space particularly in industries where SAP ERP solutionsarecritical.
- ClientEngagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with keydecisionmakers and stakeholders within targetorganizations.
- SalesStrategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieveor exceed sales targets focusing on SAP ERPsolutions.
- SolutionSelling: Understand client needs and challenges and offer tailoredSAP solutions that deliver value and drive businessoutcomes.
- FieldVisits: Conduct regular field visits to meet with clients in personunderstand their business requirements and present oursolutions.
- ProposalDevelopment: Prepare and present compelling proposals salespresentations and demonstrations to prospectiveclients.
- ContractNegotiation: Lead negotiations to close deals ensuring favorableterms and conditions for both the client and thecompany.
- MarketInsights: Stay updated on industry trends competitor activities andmarket demands to inform salesstrategies.
- Collaboration:Work closely with the technical consulting and support teams toensure seamless delivery and clientsatisfaction.
- Reporting:Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the managementteam.
Qualifications:
- Experience:Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales with a strong focuson SAP ERPsolutions.
- Education:Bachelors degree in Business Marketing IT or a related field. AnMBA is aplus.
Skills:
- Proventrack record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in the SAP ERPspace.
- Strongunderstanding of SAP ERP products and their applications in variousindustries.
- Excellentcommunication presentation and negotiationskills.
- Abilityto build and nurture client relationships at alllevels.
- Selfmotivatedresultsoriented and able to workindependently.
- Proficiencyin CRM tools and sales managementsoftware.
- Travel:Willingness to travel regularly including field visits to meet withclients and prospects asneeded.
