Role Overview: As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing sales in allocated clusters, maintaining relationships with distributors and retailers, and expanding the sales network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales function in allocated clusters
  • Maintain long-term relationships with distributors and retailers
  • Expand and manage sales network
  • Provide retailers with updates on new or improved products and services
  • Monitor and analyze market scenario and competitors' activities, including pricing
  • Collect feedback from retailers
  • E nsure right product is available at right place, at right counter, and at right time
  • Carry out negotiation process and close sales

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience as field sales executive or similar role in Non-FMCG sector an added advantage
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
  • Knowledge of sales strategies and techniques
