Strong understanding of HR processes practicesand regulations with experience in HR
transformationinitiatives.
Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud modules andtools including Oracle Fusion Applications
HCM DataLoader Application Composer and Fast Formula.
Excellentcommunication presentation and interpersonal skills with theability to build
rapport with clients and stakeholdersat all levels.
Strong analytical and problemsolvingskills with the ability to translate business
requirements into technical solutions.
Oraclecertifications such as Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation Specialistor Oracle Certified
Implementation Specialist are aplus.
