Responsibilities
Prepare training calendar in consultation with the business head for the call agents in line with business agenda for the month Deliver training programs for new hires and existing callers/ agents focusing on building product knowledge, sales skills & call-handling techniques which result into measurable business driven parameters. Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and develop targeted training programs to address them Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement basis caller performance Collaborate with call center management to develop and implement training strategies that align with business objectives Provide feedback and coaching to representatives to improve performance and address skill gaps Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve training programsRequirements and Skills
Excellent training, facilitation, and presentation skills Strong knowledge of call center operations, customer service principles, and adult learning theory Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with representatives at all levels Ability to analyze data and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and other training technology platforms Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines-
