Job Overview
We are hiring a Business Development Manager to join our team at GOOD FIVE YES JOB CONSULTANCY. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business, closing leads, and acquiring customers. This is a full-time position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, with an expected experience level of 1 to 3 years.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in business development or sales, with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong ability to generate new business and close leads
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of sales techniques and negotiation strategies
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Self-motivated and result-oriented
- Familiarity with market research and analysis
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive business growth
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, understand their needs, and provide appropriate solutions
- Generate and follow up on leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and potential industry developments
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and documentation
- Meet sales targets, report on sales activities, and provide insights to improve sales performance
- Stay updated with industry news, market trends, and competitor activities
