About the role

This role will be responsible for supporting the company's interests and establishing business relationships to enhance outside sales performance.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Handling Entire Range of Carrier Commercial Applied Product line – Chillers and Airside products .

Developing Business from New Customers Across Tamilnadu for incremental business

To provide HVAC Solutions specific to CA customers to Build Confidence level thru value engineering.

To conduct knowledge sharing sessions with the new Customers/Channel Partners/Influencers/Consultants/PMC to improve connect.

Business forecasting for inventory management

Overall Receivable Management of Customer/Channel Partners.

Periodically Market Mapping exercise for Business Development and knowledge

Evolving market segmentation & penetration strategies to achieve targets

Tapping new markets and coordinating with channel partners to penetrate these segments to expand business & generate revenue

Inquiry generation & follow ups, work out tenders/BOQ & Site Visits

EDUCATION PREFERRED:

BE / BTech- Mechanical

EXPERIENCE PREFERRED :

8-10 years of equipment sales experience preferably in the HVAC industry

Essential Competencies/ Primary Skill Set :

Good inter-personnel skills

Team work

Understanding of market

Excellent presentation & communication skills.

Client / Influencer Relationship skills

Enthusiasm to achieve targets.

Channel Management.
