The Role

Job Title: Senior Business Analyst 

Company: EVOCHEF LLP 

Location: Chennai 

Exp: 4 to 5 Years 

Overview: 

As a Senior Business Analyst at Evochef, you'll spearhead operational optimization and drive growth through meticulous data analysis and strategic insights. Collaborating cross-functionally, you'll identify market trends, prioritize feature enhancements, and streamline operations to elevate overall company performance. 


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with frontend, operations, and product teams to enhance production work and drive growth initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to track company growth and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Provide actionable insights through regular reporting and analysis to stakeholders, addressing pain points and driving improvements in the shopping experience.
  • Assist in presales activities, including proposal preparation and client coordination, to secure new business opportunities.
  • Evaluate business processes, predict requirements, and implement solutions to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
  • Create mock wireframes or screens using Figma to visualize proposed solutions and facilitate project alignment.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Ideal Profile

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a product-based company.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Google Data Studio.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies is advantageous.
