Job Details

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Business Analyst, who will be responsible for implementing innovative client facing features in our onboarding application and customer portal. The successful candidate will be working with fellow business analysts, developers, testing teams, and a range of business stakeholders in an Agile environment, helping to deliver the best customer experience for our global client base.
Primary Responsibilities (not limited to)

10+Years of xeperience Creating logical and innovative solutions to complex business objectives with a focus on customer experience Writing business requirements documentation in user story format along with use cases for new feature requests Managing and mentoring junior Business Analysts in a scrum environment to ensure they adhere to high customer experience standards Working with technical development and testing counterparts, as well as with non-technical business stakeholders and UX Designers to ensure end user satisfaction in an Agile environment Providing demos to large groups of business stakeholders Conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Obtaining company sponsored certification(s) Requirements
Essential: Extensive experience writing User Stories and business requirements Extensive experience with designing and implementing customer facing features Proficient experience with Jira and Confluence in an Agile/Scrum environment Strong analytical skills with the capability to evaluate business objectives and design innovative solutions Strong attention to detail and collaboration skills Fluent English written and communication skills Experience with Salesforce CRM and RESTful APIs preferred At least 10 years’ experience as a Business Analyst Preferred: Business Analyst or Project Management certification

Working days/hours:  Monday to Friday; Fully working from the office - Indiqube Alpine (Transit) 7th Floor, Jawaharlal Nehru Road, Guindy Area - adjacent to Ekattuthangal Metro Station.
