Summary:

We are currently seeking a talented Business Analyst to join our dynamic Business Intelligence Team. The primary function of this role is to design and develop interactive dashboards in Tableau to provide actionable insights and drive informed decision-making processes for ourselves and our clients. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience and a strong proficiency in Tableau, SQL, and Advanced Excel. Job Description:

  • Collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements.
  • Designing and developing interactive dashboards in Tableau to visualize key performance metrics and trends.
  • Utilizing SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various sources to support business needs.
  • Performing advanced data analysis and modeling using Excel to identify patterns and opportunities for optimization.
  • Conducting thorough data validation to ensure accuracy and integrity in all reports and visualizations.
  • Communicating findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders through clear and compelling presentations and reports.

Must-Have Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, with a focus on creating dashboards in Tableau.
  • Proficiency in Tableau Desktop, including designing and developing interactive dashboards.
  • Strong SQL skills with the ability to write and optimize queries to extract and manipulate data.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, macros, and formula functions.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
