Job Summary: The Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst will be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights through the creation of reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI and Google Looker Studio. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in data visualization tools, and the ability to work closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, design, and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI and Google Looker Studio.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs.
  • Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Create data models and perform data analysis to support business decisions.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reports and dashboards.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on how to utilize BI tools effectively.
  • Stay updated with the latest features and best practices of Power BI and Google Looker Studio.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of 2+ years as a BI Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Power BI and Google Looker Studio.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.
  • Experience with SQL and database management.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in [specific industry or sector].
  • Knowledge of other BI tools like Tableau or Qlik.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or R.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
