You’ll make a differenceby:

·Managing and liaising with allExternal & Internal stakeholders for effective implementation of theprocess

·Provides tailor-made solutions to meetbusiness requirements to become business enablers.

·Close collaboration with Transporters,Freight forwarders, and Customs Brokers round the clock to ensure the shipmentsare customs cleared and handed over to the transporters effectively &promptly.

·Classification of goods in the correctHS code.

·Supports business with Re-import,Re-Export and Temporary Import of goods.

·Hand on experience of Deemed Export,Supplies against EC.

·Attend to customs queries on productclassification, valuation or any technical query and support resolution.

·Hand on understanding of DBK / RoDTEPapplication & process.

·Managing and liaising with allExternal & Internal stakeholders for effective implementation of theprocess

·Ensure that all internal rules andregulations have complied with law of land.

·Monitors and ensures correctiveactions derived from external and internal changing laws, reviews and audits asper countries specific.

·Enables consulting for otherorganizational units as well as Best Practice Sharing for Import & export.

·Handon experience of generating Preferential Trade certificates on DGFT portal.

·Actas the first line for reply to consultative letters form department.

·Handon with SEZ / STPI Regulations and Compliance.

·Throughwith TCS and FEMA compliances.

·Workingknowledge of DGFT – Foreign Trade Regulations.

·Handon with Export procedures.

Your success is groundedin:

·At least 8 to 10 years of relevantexperience

·Bachelors in engineering / Bachelor inScience / Commerce streams preferred.

·PG - MBA in Supply Chain Management /International Trade (added advantage)

·Deep knowledge of classification ofMaterials based on HSN.

·Knowledge of International Treatiesand Compliance [SAARC, SAFTA, RCEP, GSP]

·Knowledge of Appeal and litigationprocess in Customs cases.
