Value added to the success of the company – the main purpose or objective of the job: We are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager for Internal Corporate Communications and Content to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in strengthening our internal communication strategies, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring a cohesive narrative across the organization. You’ll be responsible for creating impactful content and supporting corporate communication initiatives that align with our brand and values
Qualification, Experience & Skill Sets:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
8- 10 years of experience in corporate communications, content creation, or a similar role within a medium to large organization.
Proven track record of creating engaging content and managing corporate communication initiatives.
Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Familiarity with intranet tools, email platforms, and basic design/editing software is a plus.
