Deputy Manager- Internal Corporate Communications

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager for Internal Corporate Communications and Content to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in strengthening our internal communication strategies, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring a cohesive narrative across the organization. You’ll be responsible for creating impactful content and supporting corporate communication initiatives that align with our brand and values.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation and Management:
Design and deliver engaging content for various internal channels, including newsletters, the company intranet, email announcements, executive communications, employee updates, presentations, video
scripts, and town hall meetings.
Maintain a consistent brand voice across all communications to reinforce company culture, values, and strategic goals.
Write and edit content that is tailored to diverse audiences, ranging from leadership to frontline employees, ensuring clarity and accessibility.
Internal Communication Strategy Development:
Collaborate with HR, marketing, and department heads to establish an effective internal
communication strategy that supports business objectives and improves employee understanding of organizational priorities.
Analyze internal communication needs and develop a content calendar that reflects key company
initiatives, culture-building activities, and project milestones.
Identify best practices and innovative communication approaches to improve information flow and engagement.
Event Planning and Execution:
Oversee communication aspects of internal events, including planning, promotion, and post-event
feedback collection. Key events include town halls, leadership briefings, employee recognition events, and milestone celebrations.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure event content aligns with overall messaging and values.
Develop event scripts, presentations, and visual aids to support impactful event experiences.
Qualification, Experience & Skill Sets:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
8- 10 years of experience in corporate communications, content creation, or a similar role within a medium to large organization.
Proven track record of creating engaging content and managing corporate communication initiatives.
Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Familiarity with intranet tools, email platforms, and basic design/editing software is a plus.
