Role & Responsibilities:


  • Proven track record of maintaining customer relationships. Own overall client happiness and drive client growth and evolution. Achieved by ensuring successful work product delivery and cultivating good client connections.
  • Create and implement growth and account plans, processes, and strategies that improve client outcomes while expanding the account portfolio.
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts in the Semiconductor (Good to have) equipment manufacturing industry or any other service industry experience.
  • Engage with top level client contacts on a frequent basis across all sectors of the client's business, delivering a constant flow of business-building ideas while ensuring relationship and quality feedback.
  • Provide client and competency team leadership and direction, fully leveraging all direct and indirect resources and ensuring optimal levels of service, communication, and quality in a matrix environment for assigned clients.
  • Effectively “on-board” new client relationships.
  • Effectively manage all commercial aspects of the customer relationship, including contracts, pricing, revenue, etc.



Desired Profile:


  • Experience in consultative sales in preferably in the engineering services industry
  • BE (Preferably)/MBA – Full Time
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Should have handled up to 10 M portfolio in Indian Sales
