Role Summary: We are seeking a skilled finance professional with a strong background in finance, regulatory compliance, and RBI reporting. CXO Reporting: Work closely with CXO-level executives to provide regular financial reports and insights.Develop and deliver presentations and reports to senior management, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.Assist in strategic decision-making by providing financial analysis and recommendations. Compliance Audits and Reviews: Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to financial policies and regulatory requirements.Coordinate with external auditors during statutory audits and ensure the timely resolution of audit findings. Data Presentation and Analysis: Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.Utilize advanced data analysis tools and techniques to provide insights and support business decisions. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth flow of financial information and compliance across the organization.Provide training and support to team members on regulatory compliance and reporting standards. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A professional certification (CA, CFA, CPA, etc.) is highly desirable. 3-5 years of relevant experience in finance, preferably within the NBFC sector. In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, compliance standards, and RBI reporting requirements. Proficiency in financial management software (Tally) and advanced MS Excel skills.
