We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Service MIS Deputy Manager to join our team in Manesar. As a Service MIS Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the management information systems related to service operations in the automobile Develop and maintain Management Information Systems (MIS) for service operations

- Collect, analyze, and interpret service-related data to generate insightful reports

- Provide accurate and timely MIS reports to support decision-making by senior management

- Implement and monitor KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to track service performance

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize service processes and improve efficiency

- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the MIS systems

- Train and support team members on using MIS tools and systems effectively


- Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements in MIS and service Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field

- Minimum 6 years of experience in Service MIS within the automobile industry

- Proficiency in MIS tools and software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Excel, Access)

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Leadership qualities with the ability to manage and motivate a team
