Responsibilities:

Utilize extensive experience in SAP MM/SD/EWM to manage end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.

Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of SAP modules, ensuring proficiency in MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales and Distribution), and EWM (Extended Warehouse Management).

Oversee and optimize the entire P2P process, focusing on the system side for efficiency and accuracy.

Execute procurement activities within SAP MM, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and vendor management.

Streamline sales processes using SAP SD, managing sales orders, deliveries, and customer interactions.

Implement EWM procedures to enhance warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring seamless integration with SAP.

Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues, collaborating with IT and cross-functional teams.

Provide expertise in SAP configuration, customization, and enhancement to meet specific business requirements.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather system requirements, analyze processes, and propose system improvements.

Conduct regular system audits to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and adherence to best practices.

Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to enhance SAP utilization and efficiency.

Stay updated on SAP releases, patches, and upgrades, evaluating their impact and implementing necessary adjustments.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an SAP Specialist with a focus on MM/SD/EWM modules.

In-depth understanding of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process, particularly from a system perspective.

Extensive knowledge of SAP MM, SD, and EWM configurations and functionalities.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex system issues.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a dynamic environment.

Experience in system integration, data migration, and system enhancement projects.

Demonstrated proficiency in SAP system upgrades, patches, and releases.

Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and compliance.

Familiarity with SAP Fiori and other advanced SAP technologies is a plus.

This role seeks a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of SAP MM, SD, and EWM, specifically focusing on the system side of the Procure-to-Pay process.
