Global Commercial Services (GCS) provides a range of card programs, lending solutions and expense management tools to help companies around the world manage almost all the facets of their business spending - from travel and meetings to everyday office supplies and raw materials. The listed job is an exciting opportunity for supporting the Commercial Card organization and be a part of the Client Insights & Data Products team based in India. This team supports the Global and Large Market (G&L) clients of American Express across the globe. With the changing needs of our G&L customers and rapidly evolving competitive dynamics, this team is designed with the following objectives in mind:
Re-position GCS as industry thought leaders in core areas as travel resumes, clients are increasingly focused on sustainability, digitization of expense processes, and optimization of their travel and expense programs. Elevate and expand client relationships leverage the power of data, insights, and strategic advisory to empower our field colleagues and enhance relationships with our valued customers. Scale our offerings to serve more clients create a unified product line to support core customer needs and deliver it through both digital and bespoke channels to maximize reach. The candidate will be part of the Digital Product Management team of the Client Insights and Data Products (CIDP) team reporting to a product manager or director and will help with Go-To-Market and Communications strategy and operations for successful launch and management of productsPurpose of the Role:
Execution of GTM Strategy and Product PMO Guide Product Managers through GTM Process Develop and Maintain Product Roadmap Develop and Implement Communication Strategy Product Socialization Drive Product Adoption Launch Process Optimization Develop and Maintain Enablement Content Provide Sales SupportKey Responsibilities:
Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in GTM processes and work to streamline operations. Implement best practices and leverage technology to enhance productivity Monitor product usage and provide recommendations to drive user engagement Develop training materials, playbooks, and sales enablement content to ensure sales teams are well-equipped with product knowledge Provide ongoing support to sales teams by delivering product demos, answering queries, and ensuring they have access to the latest marketing collaterals and product updates Serve as a liaison between various departments to ensure smooth execution of the GTM plan. Regularly communicate with stakeholders to align objectives and resolve issues Coordinate with marketing POCs or agencies to develop communication collaterals like product decks, one-pagers, FAQs, banners, tutorial videos etc Align with stakeholders to develop and maintain product launch roadmap Collaborate with product, marketing, PMO, legal, compliance, engineering, and sales on GTM planning and executionMinimum Qualifications:
2+ years of relevant work experience Prior experience working as PO/ PM/PMO Strong stakeholder management and collaboration across multiple teams in Product management, Marketing, compliance/legal and third parties to drive results and business outcomes Strong story telling skills, leadership communication, influencing skills. Self-starter, takes initiative, able to handle ambiguity and find logical steps to move forward Prior experience in GTM strategy, operations, and communications Puts enterprise thinking first, connects the roles agenda to enterprise priorities and balance the needs of customers, partners, colleagues, and shareholders Lead with an external perspective, challenge status quo, and bring continuous innovation to existing offerings Demonstrate learning agility, make decisions quickly and with the highest level of integrityPreferred Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree or equivalent degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Econometrics, Mathematics, Finance or Operations Research preferred, his role may be subject to additional background verification checks Preference to MBA and Post graduate candidates Good knowledge of GCS Business, expertise in T&E industry domain preferred Prior experience business travel and corporate credit Card industry Prior experience in digital product development/management, analytics and client facing role preferredFunctional / Technical Skills:
