The Product Manager will be responsible for driving digital consumer experience for in-house and customer products, including web, mobile app, chatbot, and WhatsApp. They will collaborate with internal, business, and external stakeholders to ensure the development and delivery of digital products, optimize digital touchpoints, and drive digital KPIs through testing and analysis. The role requires a strong focus on digitizing experiences, measuring impact, and collaborating with various teams to enhance digital products and offerings. Experience 5-7 years of experience in the product-based industry


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Drive digital consumer experience for in-house and customer products, including web, mobile app, chatbot, and WhatsApp.
  • Use digital measurement framework as a guide to build products and uncover optimization opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal, business, and external stakeholders to ensure development and delivery of digital products.
  • Optimize digital touchpoints across properties for defined KPIs such as conversion rates, page views, and installs.
  • Digitize experience by launching features and enhancing user experience.
  • Drive digital KPIs through AB testing, multivariate testing, personalized features, and products.
  • Use analytics tools to effectively measure, analyze, and quantify the impact of all products, features, and use cases to educate relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide monthly and quarterly reports of competition benchmarking to discover and share findings with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with sales, customer care, commercial, and revenue teams to improvise digital products and offerings.
  • Work closely with the tech and design team to deliver product implementation.
  • Track, analyze, and report a variety of traffic and usage data metrics to draw meaningful insights and create feature prioritization.
  • Test new product features before they are implemented to ensure adherence to product specifications.


Education Qualification

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
