We’re seeking an experienced Operations Manager to spearhead the deployment, performance, and strategic growth of our EV charging infrastructure a leadership role designed for those who excel in execution, stakeholder management, and operational excellence. What You’ll Do • Lead the full lifecycle of EV charging projects from planning and resource allocation to execution and delivery while managing budgets, timelines, and P&L performance. • Coordinate with vendors, property owners, government agencies and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and cost-efficiency. • Drive compliance with safety, quality and regulatory standards across all installations and operations. • Monitor key operational KPIs, identify risks or bottlenecks, and implement continuous improvement processes for maximum performance. What You Bring • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or related fields (MBA preferred). • Extensive experience in large-scale operations or EPC management in EV, power, or energy sectors, with a proven track record in strategic planning and team leadership. • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and execution skills.
